Drops (2013)

Two young people, Dace and Artūrs, are moving in together and trying to settle down. Artūrs is trying to find a good job while Dace is being busy with her deals and studies, she's a violinist. After getting a gift from Dace, a telescope, Artūrs starts to watch people from the houses across, his attention is attracted by a man which, by all appearances, seems like the perfect idol of Artūrs. Artūrs, willing to succeed, tries to copy the lifestyle of the stranger man. Dace has been offered to participate an audition for a budget place in London Royal Academy of Music, she is in dilemma, weather to try it or not, as she has just started a life with Artūrs and has no plan to move abroad. After all she goes to the audition just to see for herself if she's worthy. Dace tries to tell it to Artūrs, but there's always something in the way, as she starts a conversation. She doesn't seem to get Artūrs tries for a better life, as Artūrs doesn't notice Dace getting more and more anxious. They are silent about the significant, at the same time talking a lot about the unimportant. Each of them have an invisible creature following – an inner voice, the inner drive, that states out loud what should be said, but what Dace and Artūrs are keeping to themselves.
