A. Jakobson's "Life in citadel" on the stage of Theatre Vanemuine

August Jakobson's play "Life in a citadel" premiered at the Theatre Vanemuine in Tartu on September 29th. The play was staged by Kaarel Ird, a merited artist of the Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic. Primary artistic director and stage director Kaarel Ird together with artist Voldemar Peil and the stage technician reviewing the sketches of stage design. Kaarel Ird who performs the role of Ralf, son of professor Miilas, starts to apply make-up. The make-up artist applying make-up to Enn Valdre who plays the role of professor Miilas.
