39-year-old Tanel was equipped with great skills in order to become either a good farmer or an artist until a serious intellectual disability - oligophrenia - took away the skills from him. Tanel Koppen is a childish and friendly man. His close ones are used to Tanel's wishes and behaviour that makes it safe to live for Tanel. Jaanus Kulli vistits Tanel both in summer and in winter; they discuss various subjects. When snow starts to melt, a new cattle will be born - the snow animals: horses, cows, geese and ducks. Tanel builds a new barn for his new animals in summer and constructs all kinds of machines with pieces of wood.
