Estonian Stories. Pastacas (2009)

Original title: Pastacas

Documentary Duration 28:26

Pastacas alias Ramo Teder is a mystical man who makes beautiful yet weird folktronica musica and uses a ball-point pen to draw on his paintings. His music has listeners from Helsinki to Tokyo. Ramo Teder was born in rural Estonia and now lives in a small village in South-Western Finland with his Finnish wife Piia and seven-year-old daughter Pihla. Pastacas composes his music out of miniature parts that form a lyrical and weird whole. Ramo is a traveler and a musician, an Estonian artist abroad.
