The documentary gives an overview about the history of study and protection of eagles in Estonia. The activities of two well-known nature experts Tiit Randla and Fred Jüssi together with ornithologist Eerik Kumari to study local eagles that started in 1963 have led to the foundation of Eagles Club (Kotkaklubi) - a club of ornithology aficionados whose aim is to monitor the eages in all over Estonia. There are both scientists as well as amateur ornithologists who are dedicated to protect and take care of local eagles.
