Documentary tells about group of young people in Riga, Latvia. There are four of them making crazy bicycle. Four young man symbolistically call themselves Riders of Apocalypse, give new life to an old and forgotten bicycles with the help of their own imagination. Each of them is driven by creativity and brave ideas. They hope, that their creatures will help to solve some social problems in their native city and create a subculture for free-minded people.
