The Idiot (2011)

Original title: Idioot

Based on the novel "The Idiot" by Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Feature film | Drama Duration 132:00

When Prince Myshkin appears to the high society of St Petersburg, no one can predict that this penniless and sick man will have such a big influence on people. He can even handle hardened souls such as Rogozhin and his companions, not to mention the family of General Yepanchin. Young, pretty and innocent Aglaya is ready for anything for Prince Myshkin. The prince, however, is dedicated to Nastasya Filippovna instead. Having been through the hell of desires, she has a purified soul that inspires respect and hope in the prince in order to save her from damnation.
