People's will

Propagandistic reportage about the Communist coup in June 1940 and the following events that took place in July in Estonia – elections of the new Parliament on July 14-15 and the first session of the Parliament on July 21-23, 1940. The documentary depicts demonstrations, pre-electional agitation, elections and new people's deputies in the assembly hall of Toompea. The 2nd staff of the Parliament passed the declarations of Estonia joining the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics and declaring the land to be owned by the nation.
