Maria lost her home because of the new property reform at the beginning of 90s. Her home had all of the sudden new owners and Maria ́s family had become sitting tenants. The new house owner wanted to get rid of the tenants, he started to take steps to make it happen by taking away basic living conditions. The way Maria had to leave her home still haunts her, there are unlikable memories connected to the owner.
She returns to her childhood home to find a reconciliation with the owner who terrorized her family.

The short film is made by second year film students. It is based on a Lilli Luuk's novella “Kolhoosi miss” following a story of two young girls, their friendship and growing up in a 1988 Soviet smalltown in Estonia.
Miina has grown up in a safe home environment. That can’t be said about her best friend, Liidia. Besides having a beautiful friendship and doing normal teenage things in the Soviet smalltown, there is some darkness to be faced. Everything begins to change when Liidia becomes influenced with a new arrival to town, a woman portraying what she aspires to be. A new, better and more confident version of herself, so that she could find a way out of her unsafe environment.

Alexander, the Leader of the Cryonics Institute lies to JS and mother, so that they can't see themselves anymore. JS dies alone. She is revived 2098 in the same hospital room where she died. Her Mother and Alexander are still alive, same age as they were when she died over 70 years ago. Soon she starts to realize that the future isn’t as real and beautiful as it first seemed.
