Soldier discharged from the Soviet army returns home. Twenty five years later, a middle-aged man goes to visit his former fellow soldier Oleg's grave. He embarks on his ritual trip to a distant village cemetery in order to get rid of the anxiety and pressure due to a tragic event that had happened in the army. 25 years ago, Oleg committed suicide in the army. Back then, the man could not prevent it and during the years the feeling of guilt has only grown.
