The era under discussion tends to be forgotten. We are witnessing how Tallinn is losing its appearance of Soviet era. We can be grateful to the fact that the worst architectural projects were never completed. Three former decision makers in architecture - Mart Port, Dmitri Bruns and Voldemar Herkel - discuss the construction in Tallinn according to their personal experience of that time.
