Lack of Wind (1970)

Original title: Tuulevaikus

Based on the story "The Seven Days of Tuisu Taavi" by Einar Maasik

Feature film | Drama Duration 77:40

Lack of Wind

Taavi is worried about the lack of wind that won't let him do his daily job as a fisherman. Neither he nor other fishermen like that the fisheries inspector Olev has banned using motorboats on the lake, because of the possible injuries of fingerlings. Taavi is also concerned of the fact that Olev is often seen together with nurse Leili whom Taavi holds dear. But he is definitely not the guy who would just sit and wait for the better days.
