Snegurochka (Snow-Maiden) (2016)

Once upon a time in nowadays Tallinn the winter there was an elderly couple who always wanted to have a child. And as in fairy tales their wish gets granted and mysterious Snegourochka appears in their home one morning, changing completely their lives . Yet the gangster neighborhood boy Vladimir also falls in love with the girl and steals her against the will of the old couple. He takes her to a Maslenitza bonfire party, where they kiss and she melts . The story ends with hope, as the elderly couple and Vladimir devastated over the loss of Snegourochka find a way to each other’s hearts.
