Band (2015)

Band members Sorts, Cätly & Bert are sitting quietly on a couch listening to their band leader Bläkk´s rants – nothing is well, the band isn´t in tune and whatever they do – they just can´t seem to get famous. Even though bassplayer Sorts tries to look on the bright side of things, it is obvious that their group is falling apart from the seems, as they even can´t afford a good rehearsal room and have to share their space in a boxing gym, among a lot of big sweaty guys. How uncool. The groups decides – they are going to make their last  big performance and they will give it their all, this will either make- or break them!
The next moment we see the member dressed as krišnaites, singing and walking in the streets of Tallinn old town. Still, they are not in tune and the music breaks apart. The band is about to leave when they suddenly feel something hitting them – almonds! On the other side of the road there are a group of almond sellers, dressed in the traditional medieval clothing, making their own music. The sellers don´t like the band making noise on their turf and order them to get lost. What follows is a mexican stand off, music style – only the loudest and craziest will survive.. the culmination is never reached though, as the stand off is cut short by the arrival of the Municipal Police and the groups run off into the distance.
