41-year-old Jaanika has diabetes. She knew that one day she would lose her vision. 11 years ago this happened. She is an extremely strong and optimistic woman who gives meaning to her disability: she believes that when one meets his or her destiny as a challenge, one will start see everything more clearly while losing fear and becoming free and open for new opportunities in life. Difficulties become means of personal development: even blind people can successfully manage in the world of seeing people. The greatest joy for Jaanika is her little daughter Oona, her true sunshine.
